Currently, Monster Tees only services customers in the United States. Orders will be shipped every Tuesday using the United States Postal Service. If you choose the Express shipping option, we will ship the order on Monday. Cutoff time to have your order shipped the current week is 2PM Eastern Time Sunday.
Occasionally, one of the items in your order may be out of stock and will take an extra week to ship the order. We cannot guarantee that all of our items online are in stock because this is also the inventory for our physical store location. If this should occur, you will be notified by email and the rest of your order will not be processed until we have all of your order in stock.
You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Orders should arrive at their destination in 2 - 4 business days after being shipped depending on the shipping method chosen and destination.
Returns
All sales are final. If there is a mistake on your order, such as wrong size or color being sent to you, you may ship the order back to us within 15 days of the purchase date (we will pay the shipping cost) and we will send the correct order to you. However, if you order the wrong size or color, then we are not responsible for this error and we will not refund or exchange the order.
If you discover that there is an error in your order, then you may contact us by email or phone before the order is processed to change or cancel the order. If the order has already been processed, then you may not change or cancel the order. You can check the status of the order in your account to determine if the order has been processed.
